CBIA is an organization of dedicated industry professionals who are inspired to make a real difference in our community through advocacy, education, networking and philanthropy. The Collier Building Industry Association is a not-for-profit trade association affiliated with the Florida Home Builders’ Association and National Association of Home Builders. It represents the interests of the builders, light commercial builders and developers, remodelers, and subcontractors and suppliers to the building industry. Its goals are to:

• Support quality development in Collier County by working with regulatory and legislative bodies to establish balanced laws and regulations that allow for growth while preserving the natural resources of the area.
  
• Improve the quality of life in the community by supporting community and public services, providing affordable housing and providing balanced economic growth to the community.
  
• Provide education to our members as well as to consumers.
  
• Support quality construction.
  
• Promote a positive image of the building community.
  
• Become the primary political voice for the development community in Collier County.
